GHRL LED Conveyor Light

The GHRL Series Conveyor Lighting is designed for open-pit mining conveyor systems requiring powerful and reliable illumination. With an output range of 13,600 to 34,000 lumens, it provides high-performance lighting for conveyor belts, transfer points, maintenance areas, and access walkways. Its rugged construction is built to withstand demanding outdoor mining conditions, while flexible mounting options make it suitable for different conveyor configurations and installation requirements.

Design Features

  • Easy installation. Single barrel nut and hinge design, one-hand operation for quick and easy installation
  • LOW PROFILE. 196mm in height with maximum 34,000 lumen output fits perfectly for mounting in confined areas.
  • High efficacy. Lumens efficacy up to 170Lm/W, reducing energy costs by up to 75% over conventional lamps.
  • Retrofit friendly. Universal mounting accessories minimizes the SKUs and maximizes the flexibility.
  • Build to last. Copper-free aluminum housing and impact resistant lens sealed from the outside environment provides ingress protection against water and dust.
  • Expandability. Sensor can be attached on the light to realize the intelligent application.
